I was honestly expecting to just be sitting and enjoying the scenery and the ride but driving was a unique experience. We received some instructions at the beginning from our awesome guide but there’s nothing like actually driving the sled. Learning about the huskies was also very interesting! The reindeer safari was much more calm but equally beautiful and educating. Learning more about the reindeer and Sami people and culture also added to the experience!”
From Levi Center, a short transfer takes you to Polar Lights Tours for a 1.5-kilometer reindeer sleigh ride through quiet snowy woods. You will meet the reindeer, hear about the Kermikkä name and Sámi traditions, take photos, and warm up with berry juice and a snack by the fire.
